1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar operations-focused role, hands-on experience with Ashby ATS, organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously, Clear, professional communication, Sharp attention to detail, Comfortable working independently, reprioritizing quickly, staying composed when things get busy, Sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information

Nice to Have

experience coordinating interviews for technical or high-volume roles, Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or similar, Prior experience with background check platforms, Exposure to employer branding or recruiting event coordination
