What You'll Do.
Provide critical administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team
Coordinate the end-to-end interview process
Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
Assist with initial candidate outreach and screening coordination
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support the coordination of a consistent
high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates
Partner with leaders across multiple verticals to facilitate interview logistics
coordinate feedback collection
and support hiring decisions
Coordinate interview logistics including room bookings
video conferencing setup
and preparation of interview materials
Assist in tracking recruiting metrics and reporting on pipeline status
interview completion rates
Support company inclusion & diversity efforts
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within the recruiting function

This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support across the recruiting lifecycle, coordinating interviews, maintaining our ATS, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This person will help administer fair and equitable recruiting processes for all roles. If you are a highly organized coordinator who takes pride in the details and always keeps the candidate experience top of mind, you will fit right in with our team. Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers alike. Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website) and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening coordination. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records, pipeline status, and data integrity throughout the recruiting process. Support the coordination of a consistent, high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates by managing logistics, follow-up communications, and scheduling across multiple open roles.
