We are looking for someone who will provide critical administrative and logistical support to our recruiting team, helping us attract and hire the best talent. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support across the recruiting lifecycle, coordinating interviews, maintaining our ATS, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This person will help administer fair and equitable recruiting processes for all roles. If you are a highly organized coordinator who takes pride in the details and always keeps the candidate experience top of mind, you will fit right in with our team. Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers alike. Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website) and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening coordination. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records, pipeline status, and data integrity throughout the recruiting process. Support the coordination of a consistent, high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates by managing logistics, follow-up communications, and scheduling across multiple open roles.
