Must Have

1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role, Candidate-first mindset, Attention to detail and accuracy, Sense of urgency, Clear, warm written and verbal communication skills, Collaborative approach, Independence to move forward without constant hand-holding, Process-oriented habits, Interest in making things run better, Composure under pressure, Growth mindset and positive energy

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or ModernLoop, Experience with Google Calendar, Zoom, Gem, Comfort managing logistics across multiple time zones

What You'll Do.

Own interview scheduling end to end

Coordinate candidate travel and logistics

Keep candidate records accurate and up to date

responsive point of contact for candidates

Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Contribute to team projects
