Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or ModernLoop, Experience with Google Calendar, Zoom, Gem, Comfort managing logistics across multiple time zones

Own interview scheduling end to end
Coordinate candidate travel and logistics
Keep candidate records accurate and up to date
responsive point of contact for candidates
Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Contribute to team projects
