What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 or more years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role or similar capacity, Ability to work fully in-office, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proven self-starter who can troubleshoot and resolve scheduling or coordination roadblocks, Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-volume recruiting environment, Integrity and discretion when handling confidential candidate and hiring information, Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, Proficiency in Google Workspace
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting Product and Design recruiting teams, Familiarity with Goodtime scheduling automation, Background in process documentation or workflow improvement within a recruiting or HR operations context, Experience maintaining ATS data hygiene and job posting management across multiple open requisitions
