Eligibility Requirements

To conform to U. S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), applicants must be a U. S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , protected individual as defined by 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, People coordination, or related experience. Organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and scheduling demands simultaneously. High attention to detail and operational rigor. Interpersonal skills and candidate-facing professionalism. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting systems, and scheduling coordination strongly preferred. Startup, aerospace, manufacturing, hardware, or deep-tech experience is a plus.

What You'll Do.

Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and coordinate onsite interview logistics.

Maintain ATS hygiene, support recruiting operations including candidate communications and offer process logistics, and help improve recruiting process consistency and efficiency.

Track recruiting funnel activity and support reporting.

Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire logistics.

Support recruiting-related operational initiatives and process improvement efforts.
