Must Have
Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS, A genuine passion for candidate experience and recruiting, Comfortable being in-person in the Santa Clara office to host candidates as needed, Reliable, responsive, and able to operate with a high level of accountability in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with ModernLoop or other scheduling automation tools, Exposure to employer branding, recruiting events, or candidate experience programs, Passion for AgTech, robotics, or sustainability-driven technology
