We are looking for applicants located in the eastern time zone to align with our team's working hours. This role is dedicated exclusively to supporting US-based hiring activity and operates fully within US business hours (Eastern through Pacific time zones). The role requires real-time coordination with US candidates, hiring managers and interview panels throughout the US working day. What you’ll do As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our hiring process. The ideal candidate will manage end to end interview scheduling and our new hire onboarding process, as well as source prospective candidates to support Recruiters in building robust pipelines across searches, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
