As a Recruiting Consultant 1, you will support high-growth hiring efforts by owning recruiting multiple roles at a time in a fast-paced environment. You will operate with urgency, manage multiple open requisitions, and deliver high-quality talent quickly while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do: * Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment * Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates across a variety of roles and industries * Own the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance * Align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities * Conduct high volumes of candidate outreach, screenings, and interviews to hit weekly and
