The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused Recruiting Business Partner to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting AWS technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients. Successful Recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. We are looking for a Recruiting Business Partner to help grow and scale hiring in Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Recruiting Business Partner will be aligned to the business working closely with business leaders and AWS Talent Acquisition to drive a recruiting strategy; including requirements gathering, process improvement for interviewing and closing candidates while acting as the main point of contact for a line of business within AWS. The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. They must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage and hire candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity.
