Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related field, Experience with HRIS or ATS systems

Nice to Have

Master's degree in HR or related field, Experience with data analysis and reporting, PHR or SHRM-CP certification

What You'll Do.

Support HR Business Partners in daily operations

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and

Support talent acquisition activities

including sourcing and screening

Participate in employee relations investigations and resolutions

Assist in the development and implementation of HR

Generate HR reports and analyze HR data

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Contribute to organizational development efforts
