Proven ability to whiteboard and explain automation implementation, 1+ year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter, Recruiting operations foundation (ATS hygiene, process design, reporting, stakeholder enablement), Comfort building scrappy, connected systems and iterating quickly, Prior remote work fluent with remote collaboration tools, Worked with US or UK-based companies, High ownership, high pace, and availability beyond a strict 9–5 mindset
Nice to Have
Experience building automation with tools like Clay, Cursor, Claude/AI coding tools, v0, Zapier/Make, Airtable, or similar, Basic scripting or data skills (e.g., Python/JS, APIs, webhooks, SQL) to connect tools reliably, Experience improving or rebuilding a careers site (SEO/AEO, conversion, content/storytelling), Exposure to talent market intel, comp benchmarking, or competitor monitoring workflows
