What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, people operations, executive scheduling, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment, Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with Google Workspace, A positive attitude and a no-task-too-small mindset
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience using Ashby, our ATS, Interest in aviation, AI, or complex software products
