Must Have
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, Proven sourcing skills on LinkedIn, job boards, and through outbound outreach, written and spoken English, Own working laptop/desktop, Reliable high-speed internet, Ability to work US Pacific Time hours consistently, Available to commit 40 hours/week exclusively to S4D
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for healthcare, medical, or allied health roles, Experience in remote staffing or outsourcing environments, Familiarity with international or U. S. -based recruitment processes, Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting, Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms
