Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience, Experience using recruitment technologies, Proficient in Boolean search techniques, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of common Human Resources principles

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field

Source candidates via databases

Articulate value proposition to candidates
