What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years high-volume recruiting, Healthcare recruiting experience, High School Diploma or GED, Meet or exceed hiring goals, Applicant Tracking Systems proficiency, HR onboarding processes understanding, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Plan and execute recruiting events, Organizational skills, Time management skills, Work independently, Valid driver's license, Reliable transportation, Social media recruiting proficiency, Digital marketing tools proficiency, Work flexible hours
Nice to Have
In-home caregiver experience, Greenhouse ATS experience, Home health recruiting experience, Personal care recruiting experience, Knowledge of Kansas City communities, Knowledge of Missouri demographics, Bilingual skills (Spanish), Community outreach background, Grassroots marketing background, Caregiver role understanding, LPN role understanding, CNA role understanding, Employee referral program experience, Sign-on bonus tracking experience, 2-year degree
