This position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension.

Must Have
You have initial experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on blue-collar hiring. You work confidently with stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability. You have successfully filled challenging roles and consistently delivered high-quality hires, even in competitive talent markets. You are fluent in both German and English.
Nice to Have
Practical experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e. g. , SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e. g. , Workday) is an advantage.

This position is based on a Dutch employment contract. The stated salary range reflects Dutch compensation structures and forms part of an attractive overall package that includes additional benefits. As tax and social security systems differ between countries, salary levels are only partly comparable.
