Full Job Description
This position is based on a Dutch employment contract. The stated salary range reflects Dutch compensation structures and forms part of an attractive overall package that includes additional benefits. As tax and social security systems differ between countries, salary levels are only partly comparable. About the role: In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire recruiting process, with plenty of room to shape outcomes and make a real impact. At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping how we collaborate and continue to develop as a recruiting organization. This position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension. About Your Responsibilities: * Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of logistics positions at our Sevenum site (near Venlo). * Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines to achieve a monthly hiring target of 20–30 hires. * Conduct interviews and on-site recruitment days with multiple candidates. * Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice and fostering excellent collaboration across different departments. * Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting by testing new tools, optimizing workflows, and contributing innovative ideas to take our team to the next level. ## Qualifications About You: * You have initial experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on blue-col
