About the role: In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire recruiting process, with plenty of room to shape outcomes and make a real impact. At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping how we collaborate and continue to develop as a recruiting organization. This position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension. About Your Responsibilities: * Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of logistics positions at our Sevenum site (near Venlo). * Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines to achieve a monthly hiring target of 20–30 hires. * Conduct interviews and on-site recruitment days with multiple candidates. * Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice and fostering excellent collaboration across different departments. * Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting by testing new tools, optimizing workflows, and contributing innovative ideas to take our team to the next level. ## Qualifications About You: * You have initial experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on blue-col
