6+ years full-cycle technical recruiting, Recruiting in technology or SaaS engineering, Ability to work on-site 3 days/week, Passive candidate sourcing, Proactive outreach and networking, Working knowledge of technical talent market, Proficiency with ATS and TMS tools

Nice to Have

Prior experience recruiting Software Engineers, Prior experience recruiting Platform Engineers, Prior experience recruiting Infrastructure talent, Experience recruiting at high-growth SaaS company, Experience recruiting at enterprise software company, Familiarity with Workday Recruiting, Background contributing to pipeline reviews, Background contributing to recruiting strategy discussions, Background contributing to headcount planning, Experience recruiting across distributed engineering organizations, Experience recruiting across global engineering organizations, Proficiency with MS Office suite
