6+ years full-cycle technical recruiting, Recruiting in technology or SaaS engineering, Work on-site three days per week, Passive candidate sourcing, Proactive outreach and networking, Working knowledge of technical talent market, Proficiency with ATS and TMS tools

Nice to Have

Recruiting Software Engineers, Platform Engineers, or Infrastructure talent, Familiarity with Workday Recruiting, Contributing to pipeline reviews, Contributing to recruiting strategy discussions, Contributing to headcount planning, Recruiting across distributed or global engineering organizations, Proficiency with MS Office suite
