6 to 10 years full-cycle recruiting, Sales and/or Distribution candidates, Source-to-close end-to-end ownership, Negotiation skills, Close candidates at senior levels, Partner with senior hiring managers, Influence senior hiring managers, Client and candidate management, Manage relationships multiple stakeholders, Work on-site three days per week, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Proficiency with ATS tools
Nice to Have
Prior experience recruiting Sales or Distribution talent, High-growth technology or SaaS company experience, Familiarity with Workday Recruiting, Comparable enterprise ATS familiarity, Contribute to team pipeline reviews, Contribute to recruiting strategy discussions, Contribute to talent community development, Recruiting across multiple U.S. and Canadian locations, Workday experience preferred
