5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment, Successful track record of hiring technical talent, with experience across skillsets including software engineering, product management, and design, Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data effectively to drive strategic decisions, Proven experience in independently partnering with and influencing executive leadership on hiring initiatives

Talent Partner point person for all things hiring with our hiring managers; serve as a strategic partner to your stakeholders by facilitating dialogue; act as a thought partner to your hiring managers across all organizational levels, including executive leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders; seamlessly work across departments, offering support to other teams during hiring spikes
