**Job Title:** Recruiter / HR Coordinator **Location:** South Africa **Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) A motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Coordinator is sought to support recruitment and human resources operations within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hiring processes, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative positions * Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels * Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers and candidates * Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records * Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms * Support onboarding and employee documentation processes * Assist with HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation * Coordinate communication between employees, management, and HR teams * Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress * Support employee engagement and HR operational initiatives * Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination. * Experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare administration preferred * Software experience required: Indeed and similar recruitment platforms * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively * Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Strong attention to detail and problem
