Must Have

3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience, Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates, Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team, Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy, Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, Comfortable with change and can easily adapt, Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Experience recruiting for automotive, logistics, or customer service industries

What You'll Do.

perform the full-cycle 360 recruitment process

source candidates through various methods

conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone

provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews

conduct talent/skills

and culture-fit assessments

manage the candidate expectations regarding the background check process

ensure our candidates are processed for a successful hire

focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer

Team & Collaboration

Develop business relationships with your stakeholders; understanding their hiring needs; Develop hiring leader relationships and a understanding of the Operations team(s) business and gaps; advise on effective hiring strategies; working with both candidates and colleagues
