What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, or additional years of recruiting experience, 3+ years of Technical Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions, professional communication skills, demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders

Nice to Have

Experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industries, Sales and/or customer service experience, Exempt and non exempt position recruiting experience, Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience, Demonstrated success in passively prospecting technical professionals using a variety of platforms and methods, High volume recruiting experience, Startup experience

Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor

Develop sourcing models and plans

Develop prospects into candidates

sustain relationships

Prepare/contribute to search status reports

Dive deep into technical requirements

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team; Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders; Participate in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs; Lead/participate in client update meetings

Communication Scope

professional communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders
