U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident (i. e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training., Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of Recruiting experience within Corporate environment, professional communication skills, demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Workday, Exempt and non exempt position recruiting experience, Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience, Demonstrated success in passively prospecting technical professionals using a variety of platforms and methods, High volume recruiting experience, Startup experience
What You'll Do.
Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels
Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools
networks and create and execute robust search strategies
calibrate candidates with hiring managers
Develop prospects into candidates. Engage
sustain relationships
Partner with hiring managers
business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions
weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs
Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches
Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team; Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs
