This position will be supporting the recruiting for non-exempt positions such as Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Wiring, Welding, and Warehouse. **What a typical day looks like:** * Prepare job advertisements, web postings, and job descriptions. * Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews. * Respond to recruitment enquiries while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. * Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and develop plan for interview questions in collaboration with the hiring team. * Conduct interviews, check references, and recommend candidates. * Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates. * Prepare job offer materials. * Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment venues. * Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures. **The experience we’re looking
