TailorCare is a remote-first company with our corporate office located in Nashville. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our new market growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting for various roles within the healthcare industry and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and securing candidates who meet our expanding needs. This is a contract position, perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote. Nashville-based candidates preferred. Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and evaluate their fit for TailorCare. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, candidates will be passed to HR Generalist for pre-boarding.
