Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.  WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced environment , delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers - Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines - Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent - Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market - Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices - Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline hea
