We partner closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to understand their vision, then help them build high-performing, diverse teams that can deliver on our mission at scale. As part of TA, you’ll join a collaborative, data-informed, and candidate-centric group that owns the full recruiting lifecycle—from workforce planning and creative sourcing, through assessment and offer strategy, all the way to onboarding handover. We continuously experiment, learn, and refine our processes, tools, and market insights to elevate the experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
