ABOUT THE ROLE Watney is looking for a Recruiter to join our fast-growing talent function and help us build one of the most exceptional teams in robotics. You'll work closely with our founders and team to keep candidates moving efficiently through our process, making sure every person who touches Watney has an exceptional experience. This is the operational backbone of our recruiting engine: sourcing, scheduling, coordinating, communicating, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be hands-on from the start: owning candidate experience and helping us build the infrastructure to scale hiring across technical, operational, and executive roles. We're looking for someone who takes candidate experience personally, loves a well-run process, and is energized by working at a company that's doing something genuinely hard and important. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own candidates from first outreach through offer, reflecting Watney’s approach to an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience - Support outbound sourcing efforts: creative research, list building, and outreach - Work cross-functionally with founders and operators to keep hiring running smoothly - Maintain clean, accurate records in our ATS (Ashby) and help build out our tracking infrastructure - Coordinate interviews, work trials, and candidate communication
