Must Have

The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Company’s talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, attracting, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for positions across the organization, with a specialized focus on security integration industry roles and federal/government contractor positions. This position plays a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines for technical, field, operational, and corporate positions within a fast-paced and growing environment. This role is cross-trained in onboarding functions and works closely with hiring leaders within our departments such as Operations, Sales, Service, Project Managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and new hires. Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manages full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for assigned positions.
