What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, three (3) years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms, Ability to travel locally as needed for recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring activities, Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through virtual platforms, Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach, Ability to travel to Company locations, recruiting events, job fairs, and meetings as needed, Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting within the security integration, low-voltage, skilled trades, construction, government contracting, technical services, or related industries, Experience supporting recruiting efforts for federal contracts, government projects, or security-cleared positions

Assists with drafting and posting job advertisements
Supports the offer process
Partners with hiring leaders
Cross-trains and assists with onboarding responsibilities
Participates in job fairs
Maintains knowledge of recruiting trends
Ensures compliance with employment laws

The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Company’s talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, attracting, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for positions across the organization, with a specialized focus on security integration industry roles and federal/government contractor positions. This position plays a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines for technical, field, operational, and corporate positions within a fast-paced and growing environment. This role is cross-trained in onboarding functions and works closely with hiring leaders within our departments such as Operations, Sales, Service, Project Managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and new hires. Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manages full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for assigned positions.
