Must Have
4+ years of experience recruiting top talent within a B2B SaaS environment, Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, including technical and business roles, Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining candidate experience and hiring quality, Data-oriented with attention to detail and ability to use data to drive talent acquisition analysis and decision making
Nice to Have
Experience working in a globally distributed environment, with the ability to manage priorities across regions and time zones, usage of AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness, Experience using Greenhouse ATS

The Role As a recruiter in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs, executing a strategy, developing a pipeline, finding and shortlisting candidates, to closing successful hires globally, including but not limited to North America, United Kingdom, India and Australia. Your role will be to drive and uphold our employer brand, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain StarRezians who drive customer and company outcomes and contribute to our culture. You will be a strategic partner across teams, functions, and geographies internally in achieving our hiring goals. Role Specifics Work Location: Remote (US) Travel: Less than 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and may vary based on business needs.)
