Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for various projects, Maintain an accurate and professional representation of Teleperformance to all applicants, Review, monitor, and coordinate pre-employment applications in the CCMS database, including interview scheduling, pre-screening, testing, initial interviews, second interviews, orientation sessions, and training class schedules, Review all new-hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion, Assist with other HR functions as needed and when time permits, Thrive as a team player in an extremely fast-paced, high-energy, and change-oriented environment, Provide excellent customer service at all times, Follow up on customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner, Work with confidential customer information, Participate in additional training courses when needed, Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
