What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focus on technical recruiting within healthcare or consulting environments, recruiting for healthcare IT roles, sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics
Nice to Have
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying and attracting top talent, helping us continue to build a team known for excellence, execution, and impact.
