Must Have
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience, Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable, iCIMS, or similar systems, sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job boards, Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations, written and verbal English communication skills, Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
Nice to Have
Agency recruiting or high-volume hiring experience, Experience recruiting for SaaS, professional services, finance, operations, or property management roles, Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment best practices, Experience supporting remote or international hiring, Experience scaling hiring operations or supporting growing organizations

This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and presenting top talent while maintaining excellent communication with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter acts as both a strategic hiring partner and a hands-on talent operator — balancing pipeline generation, process management, and candidate experience.
