What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HBO or WO degree, ambitious, social, customer-oriented, pro-active, fluent in Dutch (written and spoken, minimum C1 level), ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, eager to learn quickly, self-starter, minimum 32 hours per week availability
Nice to Have
growth into Recruitment Consultant (including salary increase), further orientation on next steps within the organization after 12 months, potential growth directions: Team Academy (training and development); Implementation/project; Sales manager or Client Success manager

learn the recruitment profession from A to Z
be the point of contact for candidates
ensure a smooth process from application to placement
implement improvements
liaise with marketing about campaigns
