Full Job Description

At Home Instead, we're a people-focused organisation providing relationship-led care across Telford and surrounding areas. We support our clients to live independently in their own homes while ensuring our Care Professionals feel valued, supported, and respected. Location: Bridgnorth with occasional travel to Church Stretton and Newport Hours: 9am – 5pm Position: Full-time, Permanent This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to take ownership of recruitment across our region. You'll play a key role in driving growth, building community connections, and attracting exceptional Care Professionals who make a genuine difference every day. Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legislation and Franchise Standards. * Source and attract candidates through digital platforms, social media, referrals, and community engagement. * Develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth. * Deliver an engaging candidate experience from application through to onboarding. * Attend recruitment fairs, networking events, and community activities to promote Home Instead. Support screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities. * Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data. * Monitor recruitment performance and use data to improve attraction strategies. * Work closely with internal teams to support workforce planning and operational needs. ## Qualifications About You * Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment. * Experience creating and delivering recruitment marketing campaigns. * Knowledge of recruitment compliance, including Right to Work, DBS, and referencing requirements. * Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills. * Experience using social media, digital attraction methods, and ATS systems. * Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prio
