Experience hiring internationally, Exposure to high-growth startups or product-led tech companies, Experience recruiting across both technical and commercial roles

Support end-to-end hiring processes
Source and engage high-quality candidates
Craft personalised outreach
Conduct initial calls
Assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews
Maintain accurate data in ATS
Support scheduling and recruitment operations
Contribute to broader Talent initiatives

Working closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers; Collaborate with hiring managers; Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders
