What You'll Do.
Facilitate our on-campus recruitment strategy for graduate and internship opportunities in the Trading department
Understand Flow Traders’ core business and the specific requirements in order to identify the right talent across the APAC region
facilitate assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience
Plan and represent Flow Traders at events
info-sessions and competitions
Ideate and drive new initiatives to ensure we are attracting the right talent
Active sourcing and market mapping of talent using social media and other potential
Support on relevant experienced replacement hires across Trading and Business Support
Identify and drive improvements to our hiring strategies - leveraging data
