Assist with recruiting campaigns
Maintain candidate pipeline continuity across open requisitions

We’re a collaborative, hands-on team that builds our technology in-house and works closely across departments to solve real problems for real users. **Job Description** EarthCam is seeking a Recruiter to support the early and mid-stages of the hiring process across multiple departments. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial qualification and phone screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. This is a mid-level recruiting role best suited for someone with 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience who is highly organized, responsive, process-driven, and comfortable managing recruiting activity in a fast-paced environment. This role is focused primarily on candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, and recruiting operations support.
