What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or operations and commercial, understanding of technical hiring across hardware, aerospace, robotics, embedded systems, manufacturing, AI, or engineering-heavy environments, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Proven ability to proactively source and engage high-quality talent, research, sourcing, and talent mapping capabilities, Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments, High ownership, urgency, and follow-through, Experience using AI tools and modern recruiting workflows, Creative, resourceful, and unconventional approach to recruiting, Mission-driven mindset and excitement for building meaningful technology
