4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, Intake ownership, Understand role and client needs, Highly detail-oriented, Operate with urgency and accountability, Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently, Manage high volume without losing quality, Understand recruiting-related employment practices
What You'll Do.
Own 6+ active requisitions
Drive roles end-to-end
Achieve 4 unique hires per month
Move candidates into active pipelines within 48 hours
Target 21-day time-to-fill
Conduct role intake meetings
Calendar and conduct high-volume phone screens
Evaluate candidates against role requirements
Communicate role expectations
and value propositions
and follow up on test assignments
Ensure candidates move immediately through pipeline stages
Balance advocacy for candidates with stewardship
Maintain absolute accuracy in ATS and systems
Partner with Recruiting Operations for paperwork and compliance
Handle high-volume data entry
Navigate scheduling and availability
Surface risks early when roles are at risk
