What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years of local recruitment experience, Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Experience using social media tools, Proficient in Boolean search techniques, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of common Human Resources principles
Nice to Have
5 years of well-rounded recruitment experience, Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field
What You'll Do.
Lead job scope meeting with hiring leader
Review candidates via ATS
Evaluate candidate qualifications
Develop recruitment marketing plans
Develop sourcing plans
Source candidates via resume databases
Source candidates via search engine
Source candidates via networking sites
Solicit referrals from business networks
Solicit referrals from internal referrals
Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for campaigning
Connect with talent communities
Articulate value proposition to candidates
Prepare candidates for interviews
Coach candidates on interview expectations
Provide candidates with timely updates
Draft phone interview templates
Use judgement to compare interview notes
Evaluate skills testing results
Review background information
Review reference information
Keep candidates engaged
Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details
Articulate job offer to candidate
Drive candidate acceptance
Negotiate counter-offers
Adhere to all regulations
Build talent pipelines
Provide reporting of recruiting activities
Identify perceived difficulties with searches
Recommend solutions for searches
Communicate search status to hiring leader
