Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires in areas such as Accounting Advisory
Business Transformation
Collaborate with hiring leaders to define talent needs and develop customized sourcing strategies
Support the recruiting team to achieve performance goals and hiring KPIs
Maintain alignment with CFGI’s brand
and values in all candidate interactions
Build proactive talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
and other recruiting platforms
Analyze recruiting data and provide reporting on metrics including time-to-fill
offer acceptance rates
and sourcing effectiveness
Partner with marketing and leadership to promote CFGI's employer brand across digital and in-person channels

## Description Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier consulting professionals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, collaborative, and well-versed in the accounting and advisory talent landscape.
