About the team and position The Recruiter within our Operations Talent team provides professional recruitment services, to ensure our operations department(s) meets all staffing needs, and that all candidates and prospective employees have the best possible hiring experience! As a Recruiter for one or more of our Operations teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, ADESA Auctions), you’ll perform the full-cycle 360 recruitment process for various sites across the country - focusing mostly on filling skilled-level positions. Developing strong business relationships with your stakeholders and understanding their hiring needs is key.
