Must Have
8+ years of recruiting experience with a consistent track record of offer acceptances for a variety of roles, Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive talent, Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with sound judgment, Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and partner effectively with the business, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a similar industry is strongly preferred, Greenhouse ATS experience is strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level roles
from kickoff through offer
Source talent through LinkedIn
and other recruiting channels
conduct phone screens
and assess candidates against the requirements of each role
Use Greenhouse ATS and related tools to manage candidate activity
and interview coordination
Build and maintain pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Keep hiring teams informed with updates
and practical recommendations
Support offer processes
and recruiting operations as needed
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records and process documentation
