ROLE OVERVIEW Binti is looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to support our growing team. We’re hiring across a number of functions and need someone who can jump in, move fast, and execute at high volume with great attention to detail. You will partner closely with members of the executive team and our hiring managers to execute Binti’s recruiting process and bring exceptional, diverse talent to our mission-driven team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, ensuring an excellent experience for all candidates. You’ll learn and adopt Binti’s recruiting approach, contribute to a high-throughput hiring motion, and help build the team working to ensure every child has a safe, loving, and stable family.
