This Technical Recruiter role exists to improve hiring quality and decision-making across engineering and technical teams by bringing stronger judgement, market insight, and ownership into day-to-day recruiting.In this role, you will own full-cycle technical recruiting for defined business groups in India. You will partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies that reflect both business needs and local talent market realities. **Responsibilities** * Own end-to-end recruiting for technical positions – including engineering, AI/ML, data, product, infrastructure, design, and security * Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and hiring strategies aligned to market conditions * Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and talent market insights to inform hiring decisions and set realistic expectations * Identify hiring risks early and recommend changes to role scope, sourcing approach, or timelines * Develop targeted sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, including referrals, technical communities, events, and niche platforms * Conduct structured candidate assessments and provide clear, evidence-based hiring recommendations * Deliver a consistent, timely, and respectful candidate experience across all stages of the process * Support offer development and closing, clearly communicating compensation, equity, and benefits * Contribute to TA strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts **Minimum Qualifications** * 4–8 years of recruiting experience in product based environment, focusing on technical hiring * Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and other technical talent in competitive markets * Experience engaging and closing passive technical candidates * Practical experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions * Proven ability to partner e
