About Docketly Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is redefining what's possible in the legal services industry. We make it easy, fast, and safe for creditor's rights attorneys to connect with hearing opportunities combining proprietary software with a nationwide attorney network to deliver a seamless experience. Based in Longmont, Colorado, we're a growing team that moves fast and values people who do the same. Job Overview We're looking for a motivated Recruiter to grow and maintain our nationwide network of attorneys. You'll be on the front lines of outreach identifying, engaging, and onboarding attorneys who are the right fit for our platform. This is a relationship-driven role that blends recruiting, sales, and client coordination in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit attorneys through cold calling, email outreach, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney candidates and network partners Meet monthly recruiting quotas and track pipeline activity Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify market trends and emerging opportunities Provide incoming callers with information about hearings and scheduling Propose creative ideas to grow the attorney network and improve the overall experience Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, business development, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills — you're comfortable on the phone and in writing Strong proven inbound/ outbound call background Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently A team-first mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach Preferred: Experience sourcing for legal, professional services, or contract-based roles Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms Background supporting high-volume or nationwide hiring initiatives Mac OS and Google Suite experience What We Offer Health, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k)
